If you're located close to our warehouse you can skip the postage costs and pickup your order from us directly. Our friendly warehouse staff will be available to accommodate you every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:30am to 1:30pm. If you have any special time requests you will need to request this in advance.

Here’s how it works:
- Select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout.
- Our warehouse team will receive the order, and once packed will mark it as "ready for pickup"
- You will then receive an email notifying you that the item is ready to pick up, and when it can be picked up.
- Prepare your order confirmation email and be ready to show it to us as proof of purchase
- When in the warehouse you will be expected to sign in to our COVID register, and sign that you have received your order.
- Finally, you're good to go with your awesome UPG products! 😊
