TL;DR: Once an order is placed it is difficult to change, but email us immediately and we will do what we can. Our warehouse ships same-day for orders placed before 12pm.
Why the window is short
Our warehouse is fast. Orders placed before 10am are typically packed and dispatched the same day, which leaves very little time to intercept.
What to do
Email us through our contact page on our website as soon as possible. Include your order number and exactly what you would like changed. We will let you know straight away whether we can make it happen.
