When you make an order with us you will receive a few emails including an order confirmation, and a shipping notification. The shipping notification is sent when our warehouse packs and scans your order, making it ready for pickup with our preferred postal services. Within the shipping notification there will be a link showing your tracking number, which will take you to the Australia Post or DHL tracking page to view the transit status of your item.
