What to look for
You will receive two emails from us: an order confirmation when you place the order, and a shipping notification when it is packed and scanned by our warehouse. The tracking link is inside the shipping notification.
Which courier to expect
Most Australian orders ship with Australia Post. Larger or heavier international orders may ship with DHL. The tracking link will take you to the right carrier page automatically.
Tracking not updating?
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after your shipping notification arrives. If it has been more than 48 hours with no update, reach out and we will follow it up with the courier.
