What do I do if my parcel is late or lost?

If you beleive there is an issue with the delivery of your parcel, or your tracking information has not been updated recently you can contact AusPost here.

If parcels are lost through Australia Post, we are unable to refund you directly, as this matter is due to an error caused by postal service. You can claim compensation for some lost items through AusPost, to submit an inquiry please visit this link.
