We do our best to make sure that there are no errors with our orders, for example, our software ensures that every item in your order gets scanned before our team is able to make a postage label - meaning that the items needed for your order would have to be on our packing table before we start packing your order. However, things can always go wrong and we're here to make your gardening journey as easy as possible!
Missing items:
We often pack our seeds and nutrients into our kits to stop them getting damaged. So please check the following locations for these items;
- Check inside all of the boxes - especially any internal boxes within your kits as that is where we usually put them!
- Check your order for a brown paper envelope- if we cannot put the seeds in a kit we often pack them into little envelopes to keep them safe!
- Check that your order hasn't been sent in 2 parts - this will be noted on your courier tracking page or order confirmation page (which is emailed to you and may divert to your junk mail sometimes).
If you still can't find them, then please send us an email through our contact page with as much information as possible, including your:
- Order number.
- A picture of what you have received.
Damaged items:
Sadly products can get crushed or damaged in the mail albeit our best efforts to protect them! We'll do our best to remedy these issues and get you back growing ASAP. Please send us some photos through our contact page that can help us understand the level of damage and troubleshoot this with the warehouse for future orders.
